2026 E-Visionary Awards Announced
Today, the World Electric Vehicle Association (WEVA), whose members are the Electric Drive Transportation Association (EDTA), E-Mobility Europe, and the Electric Vehicle Association of Asia Pacific (EVAAP), proudly announced the 2026 E-Visionaries Award recipients. The E-Visionary awards recognize cities and regions across the globe that are leading groundbreaking efforts to electrify transportation and make the benefits of electric mobility a reality in their communities. On announcing the winners, WEVA and EDTA President Genevieve Cullen stated, “The future of transportation is electric. These leading cities are ensuring that the present is too. We honor their vision, their investment, and their contribution to global templates for transforming cities with e-mobility.”
The Electric Drive Transportation Association (EDTA) named the City of New York, New York, the North American E-Visionary.
The Electric Vehicle Association of Asia Pacific (EVAAP) named the City of Yokohama, Japan, the Asia Pacific E Visionary.
E-Mobility Europe named the City of Dunkirk, France, the European E-Visionary.
